We currently offer one Tai Chi class weekly on Fridays at 8pm.

Classes are 75 min long and include a short warm-up, followed by some of the following elements: Qigongs, 24 Short Yang style Form, Push Hands, Energy Work, and a release routine at the end of the class. 

Classes are open to all levels including complete beginners. You can come to one or both classes.
