Meditation

Our meditation gatherings currently take place on the first Wednesday of the month for an hour to an hour and a half. The gathering is open to all and no previous experience with meditation, or other spiritual practice, is necessary. Just be open-minded and interested in exploring inner paths. No need to bring anything but yourself. RSVP is appreciated but not required. Admission fee: $10.

Please note: we start events and classes promptly. If you arrive a few minutes late, please enter observing silence.

3 Steps to Meditation
Wednesday, May 6th, 7:30pm-8:45pm at Monroe Yoga and Tai Chi.
Can we really quieten the chatter in our mind and reach a state of meditation? The answer is yes. Yet, for most practitioners it is not like turning a light switch on and off. How then, can one go about it? In this event, guided by Ronen, we will focus on a simple three-step method to arrive at a peace of mind. Included will be several short segments, each focused on a different aspect, culminating with a 30 min meditation seating.
The event is open to all, including experienced and non-experienced meditation practitioners. $10 at the door. No need to pre-register – just show up. Tea will be served at the event’s conclusion.
