Welcome To Monroe Yoga & Tai Chi Center

Come experience Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi and Meditation at the Monroe Yoga & Tai Chi
Center. Hatha Yoga is a physical practice based on ancient yogic wisdom. Tai Chi is
an internal Chinese martial art, that improves health and longevity. Classes are taught
in a relaxed atmosphere, allowing the participant to embark on a journey of discoveries
into their body and soul. Competition is discouraged as each body is unique, having
it's own strengths and limitations at any given time. If you seek relaxation, flexibility,
improved health and spiritual growth, come try a class.

Accommodating all levels. First class is free. 

Monroe Yoga & Tai Chi is a RYS-200 (Registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance.)

Martial Arts class with Steve this Sat, July 26th, will be given noon-1:15pm. This is a onetime time change. Next Saturday class will start at 1pm.
